Pregnancy Hemroids – How to Treat and Prevent Them

Tips about Pregnancy Hemroids by Isaq Naser

What does pregnancy hemroids mean? It is well known by many women who are pregnant. With a baby in your body, things are quite different from things at other times when you were normal. Being pregnant can mean that you might become more vulnerable to diseases and health-related problems. But unfortunately, what many are not aware of until they go through it themselves is what in fact it means to have a pregnancy hemroids.

Pregnancy hemroids is not something to get excited about. Pregnancy hemroids are fairly common for a number of expectant mothers. Also known as piles, they are swollen veins in the rectal area that can sometimes protrude from the anus. The affected area is usually itchy or painful but can rupture causing rectal bleeding during a bowel movement.

Constipation and sitting for long periods of time only make worse the anal veins. When a woman is with child, however, the amount of pressure put on her anal region is exponential. This increases into a pregnancy hemroids.

Pregnancy hemroids are considered one of the victims of hormone changes because the hormone slows the foods down that are going through the gastrointestinal tract. This slowing down results in constipation which leads to hemroids because you would have to strain at stool. This straining would get the anal veins enlarged, causing hemroids

There are certain methods you can apply for a pregnancy hemroids that may decrease some of the extra strain. While you can’t really part the baby from your womb, you can prepare yourself to bend and lift with your legs so that there is less strain as you bend and lift. Also, keeping in mind to not sit for long periods of time will also help you with the strain of a pregnancy hemroids.

The most important factor you can do to ease the disturbing situation of having a pregnancy hemroids is to search out a natural remedy that reaches all of the causes of the piles you are suffering with. Avoid constipation, keep active (gentle activity like walking), eat high fibre foods with plenty of roughage – bran flakes, fruit, vegetables, avoid white bread and have wholemeal instead, if you can drink it drink a glass of prune juice every 2-3 days. Finding a natural remedy that you can take during a pregnancy hemroids is priceless.

Genital Warts Symptoms

Executive summary about Genital Warts Symptoms By Isaq Naser

Genital Warts Symptoms

Genital Warts Symptoms

Genital warts symptoms are quite easy to identify, but many people ignore the symptoms of genital warts and do nothing about them. All warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). It is important to be able to identify genital warts symptoms, so you may treat them immediately.

The genital warts symptoms like lesions that appear with this STD are called Condyloma acuminata. They look like small, flesh colored growths in the genital and anal region. Research indicates that 10-40% of women who are sexually active are infected with HPV.

There are many carriers of the HPV who do not even have any genital warts symptoms. Genital wart symptoms are normally quite obvious. Small bumps or growths appear in the genital region, including in and around the anus, vagina, and penis.

The genital warts symptoms will differ from person to person. Not everyone who has the wart virus will have visible genital warts symptoms. Warts may appear as growths or they may be flat and only slightly raised from the skin. They may be single or multiple, small or large. They tend to be flesh colored or whitish in appearance.

Some of the genital warts symptoms include:

  • Pink or gray colored lumps or swellings that appear around the genital area that quickly grow in size.
  • Discomfort and severe itching
  • A burning sensation around the genital area
  • Pain and bleeding during intercourse

It is particularly common for women do not have genital warts symptoms. This is dangerous, because some strains of HPV can cause cervical cancer. Many women never know they have the disease until they find that they get a pap smear and find that it is abnormal. A pap smear is when a doctor checks a woman’s cervical cells. If a pap smear reveals that there is a chance of HPV infection, your doctor may recommend more STD testing.

Caution must be taken to notice any genital warts symptoms to avoid contaminating others with HPV virus blisters. This may be difficult as genital warts symptoms can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months to appear. During this period it is still possible for the virus to be transferred, even if no symptoms are visible.

STD Testing – The Basics

Everyone, sexually active or not, needs to have basic knowledge of STDs and STD testing. Anyone who is sexually active should receive routine STD testing. The risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease is increased for those who have more than one sexual partner.

STD testing can be performed at your doctor’s office or local lab. There are various types of STD tests, and not all doctors test for the same diseases. Some STDs may be tested for using blood tests, urine, or cell samples.

If you’re thinking of becoming sexually involved with a new partner, both you and your partner should be tested first. If you have more than one sexual partner, STD testing is recommended yearly.

The Importance of STD Testing

STD testing is important to protect your health and the health of your partner and future partners. The spreading of STDs is preventable. Diseases such as Condyloma, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis are easily curable with simple antibiotics. Chlamydia, for example, is an asymptomatic disease that, if left untreated, can cause reproductive problems and infertility. And if you are lucky enough to have a baby, he or she may be born with pneumonia or conjunctivitis as a result of your Chlamydia. But in order to treat these STDs, you must be aware of them. STD testing is the first step.

Do I Need an STD Testing?

Summary by Tim Leach

Although you engaged in protected penetrative sex, you may possibly still be at risk of infection – be aware that some STDs, such as herpes, can be transmitted through oral sex. Of course, if you have had unprotected penetrative sex with a stranger, you should strongly consider visiting a local STD testing clinic – if you are worried about confidentiality, many of them offer anonymous STD testing.

You want to have unprotected sex with a long term partner.

Before having unprotected sex with a partner, it is recommended that both you and your partner take some comprehensive STD testing. While the pill does prevent pregnancy, it provides no protection against STDs, and STD testing is recommended for both you and your partner before you engage in unprotected sex. Complete STD testing is usually standard procedure in pre-natal medical care at several points during the pregnancy – ask your OBGYN if you need further information.

If you have three or more sexual partners in one year, it is strongly recommended that you undergo comprehensive STD testing, even if you engage in protected sex with all of them. If you are worried about your STD testing appearing in insurance documents, many clinics offer anonymous STD testing.

While some STDs can only be contracted through direct sexual contact, HIV, hepatitis and several other STDs are transmitted through contact with infected blood. The risk is especially high with shared or previously used needles, but if you have ever injected yourself with drugs or steroids you should go to an STD testing clinic to get tested.
